Kent Moffitt

Kent Moffitt grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, where an early fascination with history sparked his interest in legal philosophy and the principles of justice. That curiosity evolved into a passion for the law, driving him to pursue a career dedicated to advocating for those in need of strong representation.

Mr. Moffitt graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University before earning his Juris Doctorate, also summa cum laude, from the Phoenix School of Law. Inspired by the injustices he witnessed when unrepresented individuals were taken advantage of by insurance companies, he chose to focus his practice on personal injury law. Throughout his career, he has fought tirelessly for victims of negligence, with a particular dedication to obtaining justice for injured minors—a professional achievement he holds with great pride.

Outside of practicing law, Mr. Moffitt enjoys exploring nature, watching wildlife, and following the Phoenix Suns. He values time spent with his wife and two young children, who inspire him daily to bring compassion and commitment to his work. Having seen firsthand the impact of negligence on members of his own family, he is deeply motivated to fight for his clients’ rights and to help them find justice during some of the most challenging times of their lives.
