Benjamin Padgett

Benjamin Padgett grew up in many different parts of the United States. As a young man, he learned the value of hard work and perseverance, both in the classroom and on the basketball court. His dedication to academics and early exposure to teamwork through sports helped shape the discipline and determination he brings to his legal career.

Mr. Padgett earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University before completing his Juris Doctorate at Arizona Summit Law School. Drawn to the legal field through his interest in law-related coursework, he chose to pursue a career in personal injury law to help individuals secure the fair outcomes they deserve. He takes pride in representing clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters and has built his career on achieving successful results for those he serves.

Outside of his practice, Mr. Padgett is active in his church community and enjoys spending time outdoors and reading. Guided by a strong sense of justice and fairness, he is deeply motivated to fight for his clients, ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights are protected at every stage of the legal process.
