Scott Aval

Scott Aval grew up in California’s San Fernando Valley before moving to the Los Angeles area, where he attended middle and high school, and later to South Orange County with his family. A lifelong sports enthusiast, both as a player and fan, he developed a strong sense of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—qualities that continue to shape his approach to the practice of law.

Mr. Aval attended Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California, before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. After passing the California Bar Exam in 2017, he joined Avrek Law Firm in 2018, where he has dedicated his career to representing clients in personal injury cases. Over the years, he has successfully resolved countless cases that settled for amounts far exceeding the available policy limits, underscoring his commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Outside the courtroom, Mr. Aval enjoys watching and playing sports and finds fulfillment in family life with his three young children. His role as both a father and an advocate reinforces his determination to always give his best.
