Parthan Vishvanathan

Parthan S. Vishvanathan grew up in India and had the opportunity to travel and live in a variety of places around the world, experiences that broadened his perspective and shaped his worldview. Before pursuing law, he played and coached youth basketball, an experience that instilled in him values of leadership, discipline, and teamwork that continue to guide his legal practice today.

Mr. Vishvanathan holds a B.A. from Whittier College, an LL.B. from Jindal Global Law School in India, an LL.M. in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and an LL.M. in U.S. and Transnational Law from the University of Dayton School of Law. With a background in academia analyzing international human rights and humanitarian law, he chose to focus his career on personal injury law, where he could help individuals in a direct, tangible way. For him, every settlement that helps an injured client regain control of their life represents a professional highlight.

Outside of his practice, Mr. Vishvanathan enjoys hiking, attending concerts with his wife, and staying active in his community. Having lost close relatives in serious traffic collisions, he understands the profound impact of such tragedies on families. That perspective motivates him daily to fight for his clients with empathy and determination, ensuring that they are supported and given a strong voice in their pursuit of justice.
