Annette was born and raised in Northern California, in a small town called Petaluma. At age of 5, she started gymnastics and began competing internationally at the age of 7. She reached level 10, one level below the highest level one can reach in gymnastics before training for the Olympics; however, she had dreams of competing in college in order to obtain her degree.
She earned an athletic scholarship to California State University at Fullerton and moved to Southern California. After college, she remained here and is happily married, with two amazing little boys, whom keep her on her toes. Her friends often describe her as a “Super-Mom.” She happily manages her duties as a wife and mother while handling her sons’ school, sporting, and extracurricular activities.
Along with her personal commitments to her family she finds time for her passion, training for fitness competitions. She also loves to travel, hike, and snowboard. She is always looking for ways to get outside and enjoy lovely Southern California with her family and friends.
